An article “Prevention of female crime” by an employee of our Institute, Saida Hasanzade was published in the issue of the scientific-theoretical and practical journal “Legal Plane” No. 3 (11), 2022. The article emphasizes that our country is steadily and purposefully pursuing a set of measures to strengthen the protection of women's rights and freedoms. From this point of view, the study of the features that characterize the rights of women is relevant, and it is also of great importance to study the differences between women and men in the genetic, biological, physiological and legal context in order to accurately determine the set of rights that women have. The author, using the latest scientific method and methodology, points out that women are given a new concept of the human category and shows their social role.
The author also notes the individuality of the female gender, the definition of international standards in the field of protecting the rights and freedoms of women, and the extreme importance of their consolidation in domestic legal system of the state. The article examined the features that characterize women, applied new methods for considering this issue, and provided statistics of female crime.
