This book was published on the basis of speeches materials at the conference "Migration Policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and human rights" held on 10th April, 2014 in the framework of cooperation between the Institute on Human Rights, the International Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the International Migration Organization.
