On June 16, Chairman of the Board of the Institute, Mahammad Guluzade, participated in the international conference named "Heydar Aliyev and human rights: the path of development starting from liberation". The conference was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the National Liberation Day and held within the framework of «the Year of Heydar Aliyev".

The conference was jointly organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Social Research Center and Baku State University.
