At a meeting with the staff of the Ministry of Social Development, the Institute on Human Rights of ANAS on the basis of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic about full ensuring social protection of people, on the basis of the law on "Social protection of disability" conducted training lecture courses for employees of the ministry concerning issues that disabled people, refugees and displaced persons, needy families cannot fully improve their social welfare, use rights and freedoms.
