Based on “The National Action Programme on increase of efficiency of protection of human rights and freedoms in the Azerbaijan Republic”, approved by the Decree of President of the Azerbaijan Republic  on December 27, 2011, management and staff of scientific-research Institute on Human Rights of ANAS held courses for employees of the office of the Ministry of Transport on protection of human rights and freedoms, and also about need of realization by citizens of their rights and protection at collision with punishment measures in cases of incorrect legal use of the vehicle.
