The textbook provides basic, but detailed theoretical and legal knowledge and information reflected in the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and information provided in modern legal literature, as well as on the basis of the curriculum and teaching materials approved by the Ministry of Education and developed by law enforcement agencies, state and non-state organs. This textbook, which is an encyclopedic explanatory information, examines the essence of an independent non-governmental body that plays an important role both in law enforcement agencies and in the history of its organization and development, as well as in their interaction with other government and non-governmental bodies.
The manual was developed taking into account recent changes in the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on law enforcement agencies and law enforcement, and schemes have been developed to facilitate the adoption and understanding of materials.
The manual is intended for lawyers, law enforcement officers, bachelors, masters and university professors, as well as specialists in this field, as well as for legal entities.
