The collection of reports and abstracts of the Institute on human rights entitled "The New Strategic Concept of NATO and Appeals to Safety on South Caucasus" was published on the basis of the international conference materials which was held on December 18, 2013 with the same name.

In this collection of abstracts and reports optimization of cooperation with the countries of South Caucasus, the international legal issues of regional energy security, position of NATO on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, human security in the South Caucasus, the US-Azerbaijan relations within NATO, military-political cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey, unresolved conflicts on South Caucasus, and their impacts on human rights arising in this aspect and other ways of solutions of actual problems are shown.
