At the Institute of the North Caucasus of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Nalchik, Kabardino-Balkaria, the XXIII scientific-practical conference was held on May 17-18, 2019 on the topic “Effective crime prevention in the context of globalization: problems and prospects”.
Senior Researcher of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure of the Institute of Law and Human Rights of ANAS, Ph.D. in Law, Associate Professor Aydin Aliyev, who participated in the congress, speaking at the plenary session on behalf of the Institute, expressed his gratitude for the invitation to the prestigious event, and presented the participants for discussion conferences in sections, his article entitled “Some aspects of the right to defend the rights of the accused on controversial issues”.
Another participant representing our Republic at the conference, Nasir Huseynov, PhD in Law, Professor, Head of the Human Resources of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, made a speech during discussions on the topic “The causes of crime of military personnel in modern conditions and ways to eliminate them”.
