On  25th February 2014  at 15:00 in the building of the Archive of political documents of  the Administration of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan will be presented two- volume edition “Leyla Aliyeva”: “Justice for Khojaly!” (New  strategic model against international Armenian terrorism)  which is a joint project of the Institute on Human Rights of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and the International Information Agency “Caspian Izvestia”, by Vasif Samedov and Rovshan Velizade.
