A Training Session Held for Sabunchu District Executive Authority Personnel to Improve the Quality of Citizen Services

On May 23rd, trainers from the Institute of Law and Human Rights conducted a training session at the Sabunchu District Executive Authority aimed at improving the quality of services delivered to citizens. The topics addressed included 'Handling Citizen Inquiries', 'Corruption, Bribery, and Ethical Conduct', and 'Responsibility in Social Media'.

Mrs. Rena Valiyeva, Deputy Head of the Sabunchu District Executive Authority, emphasized the significance of such training sessions for employees of executive authorities. She further expressed her firm confidence that the training session organized by the Institute would significantly contribute to the further development of the personnel's knowledge and skills.

Mr. Vafaddin Ibayev, Vice Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Law and Human Rights, provided a comprehensive overview of the Institute's activities and outlined future plans during his speech.

A trainer, Mrs. Vusala Muradkhanli, Head of the Human Rights Training and Expertise Department of the Institute, along with expert trainers Mr. Ulvi Abbasov and Mr. Heydar Hasan oghlu Aliyev, delivered a presentation.

During the training session, such topics as the handling of citizen inquiries, the prevention of discrimination and bureaucratic delays, the assurance of transparency, civil service, and anti-corruption measures were discussed. Additionally, a comparative analysis of statistical data on corruption cases was conducted.

In conclusion, a comprehensive evaluation of the training session was conducted, and certificates were awarded to 30 participants.
