The criminalization of social processes is no longer constrained by the activities of law enforcement agencies with their classic forms of forensic tactics, presented in the methods of investigative actions, systems of traditional concepts and rules.
The solution to this problem necessitates the formation of the concept of integrative forensic tactics, which consists in using the latest achievements of psychology, sociology, linguistics, criminology, cybernetics and other sciences, their correlative interdependencies in the study of objects and solving the problems of forensic science; on the basis of the concept, to ensure the improvement of regulatory regulation and the organization of activities for the disclosure and investigation of crimes on a truly scientific basis, providing a real contribution to the fight against crime.
