The Institute of Law and Human Rights signed a memorandum with two institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan
On August 2, the Chairman of the Board of the Institute, Mahammad Guluzade, received Murodjon Turgunov, head of the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Mirzatillo Tillabayev, deputy director of the National Center for Human Rights, who were visiting our country.
At the meeting, M. Guluzade, who introduced the guests to the activities of the Institute, gave detailed information about the newly created “Virtual Library of Law and Human Rights”, “Unified Database of Legal Scholars”, “Digital Human Rights Resources Map”, “PASS Platform”. Additionally, the Chairman emphasized the importance of educational events and series of trainings conducted by the Institute in the field of human rights both for employees of state institutions and the general public.
At the end of the meeting, memorandum of bilateral cooperation was signed between the Institute of Law and Human Rights, the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Center for Human Rights.
