Today is the birthday of Rovshan Mustafayev - the first doctor of political sciences in the Caucasus, as well as the founder of the Institute on Law and Human Rights. If he were alive today, he would be 56 years old. Unfortunately, the untimely death took him at age 48... Rest in Peace GREAT SCIENTIST!
