Training session was held for employees of the Executive Power of the Khazar district

On April 26, the Institute of Law and Human Rights conducted a training for employees of the Khazar district Executive Power on the topics of “Consideration of citizens' appeals”, “Corruption, bribery and ethical behavior” and “Responsibility in social networks”.

Welcoming the participants of the event, the deputy head of the Khazar district Executive Power, Afsar Mirzaliyev, noted that he supports the Institute's initiative to hold trainings, and also believes that by virtue of these trainings, effective and flawless functioning of the executive powers will be achieved in the future.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Board, Vafaddin Ibayev provided the training participants with general information on the activities of the Institute and talked about the upcoming goals of the Institute.

Head of the Human Rights Training and Expertise Department of the Institute, Vusala Muradkhanli, as well as trainer-experts Heydar Hasan oglu Aliyev and Ulvi Abbasov, employees of the mentioned department delivered a presentation.

Consideration of citizens' appeals, non-discrimination and procrastination, ensuring transparency, civil service and corruption, comparative analysis of local and international legislation related to corruption, as well as the impact of information provision on the efficiency of public administration and other topics were touched upon in the training.

At the end, discussions were held on the proposed topics and an assessment of the training was conducted. Certificates were presented to 27 training participants.
