On December 4-6, 2020, a group of researchers led by a senior researcher at the Institute of law and human rights of ANAS, Director Of the center for the history of the Caucasus, associate Professor Rizvan Huseynov, with the support of the Ministry of culture of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of defense, visited the liberated part of the Aghdam region of Azerbaijan.
