An article by our employee was published in an impact factor journal in Russia

An article by an employee of our institute Emin Dadashev on the topic “The Scientists` view of point related to the concept of living space” was published in Russia. The article was included in the collection of articles of the XI International Scientific and Practical Conference “Jurisprudence, State and Law: Current Issues and Modern Aspects” held on December 5 in Penza.
The article notes that issues related to the definitions given by living space in the legal literature still cause discussions among scientists. In Azerbaijani legislation, the concept of residential area, which is an object of Housing law, was first reflected in Article 12.2 of the Housing Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan on June 30, 2009. According to the article, the premises are meant as the isolated room which according to the Civil Code of the Azerbaijan Republic is considered real estate and is suitable for permanent residence of citizens.
In the article, the author considers changing Article 12.2 of the Housing Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan to be appropriate and states it in the following wording: according to the article the premises are meant as the isolated room which conforming to the Civil Code of the Azerbaijan Republic is considered as a real estate and is suitable for permanent residence of individuals (answering to the established sanitary and technical standards and rules, other requirements of the legislation).
