An article by our employee was published in Russia

An article in English titled “Institute of the Real Estate in the State and Legal History of France and England in the Middle Ages” by an employee of our Institute, Emin Dadashev, was published in Russia. The article was included in the collection of articles of the international scientific-practical conference “Actual issues of the development of economics and jurisprudence”, held on November 14.
The article emphasizes that the right of ownership did not have a unified system during the period of early Medieval and Medieval legislation. It is noted that during the mentioned historical period (V-VIII and IX-XI centuries) there were two fundamentally different categories of classification of objects: movable things (movable property) and immovable things (real estate).
The author states that in the Middle Ages land was the main object of real estate both in France and in England, and notes that in these two countries, with some exceptions, peasants did not have the right to own land.
