In the issue of the newspaper “Azerbaijan” dated December 22, 2022, an article by an employee of our Institute Vusala Muradkhanli entitled "Armenia does not change its essence, despite the awareness of the violation of the principles of international law" was published. The article notes that after the Second Karabakh War, Azerbaijan demonstrates support for building and regulating relations with neighboring countries, including Armenia, based on the principles of international law. Despite this, while Azerbaijan demands consideration of the issue of Armenian aggression within the framework of the principles of international law, the Armenian side is trying to absolve itself of responsibility for the causes and consequences of the war of conquest, referring to the principle of “self-determination of peoples”.
