ANAS Scientific Research Institute on Human Rights renamed

Governed by clause 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan Republic, I resolve:

1. To rename ANAS Scientific Research Institute on Human Rights as the Institute of Law and Human Rights.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers is to solve issues relating to the order.
