On May 3, 2018 Institute of Law and Human Rights of ANAS in cooperation with the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Association of Lawyers of the Black Sea and Caspian regions will hold a conference dedicated to the 95`th anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
