On July 7, Coca-Cola employees made a presentation on “What is PR”, “Ethics and compliance”at the Institute of Law and Human Rights.

The presentation was held by Elshad Farzaliyev, Director of Public Relations and Communication for the Caucasus and Central Asia of Coca-Cola Company, and Nargiza Albekova, Regional Legal Adviser and Ethical Conduct Officer.

In the presentation, the issues of determining the communication audience, the structure of communication, the target audience, and social responsibility were widely discussed. Also, the issues of approach to the safe selection of food products, the creation of the principles of the internal instructions and procedures of the “Coca-Cola” company, gaining trust and leadership in the world countries, as well as compliance with the rules of ethical behavior were touched upon.

E.Farzaliyev informed the participants about the social projects related with the environmental protection, economic support for women and youth and others which are the integral parts of the development strategy of the Coca-Cola company.

During the discussions, the questions of the employees of the Institute were responded and interesting viewpoints were exchanged.
