Ayten Mustafayeva.The article analyzes a correlation between ethical principles and scientific development. The second part of XX century is remarkable for amazing and paramount achievements in biological medicine, genetics and in other spheres of science. It is possible to state that a revolution has been occurred in this sphere. These achievements, as whole, have positive character. However, the author notes that they have created new moral problems and dilemmas. All bio-medical developments and genetic researches create one question: should authorize all which is technically available?
