On November 3, our employee Anar Mustafayev conducted training on the topic “Joint work on texts and review function in Word” at the Institute.
At the training organized for the Institute’s staff members, A.Mustafayev presented information on the design of documents according to the requirements and the use of special tools for joint work on documents. The tools used in working with documents as well as the working mechanism of the tools needed to make changes (editing and proofreading) in the text were explained to the participants,. With the help of the presentation of A. Mustafayev, employees got acquainted with the rules of file naming, collection of texts according to the rules, insertion of appropriate marks in them, comparison of two or more texts. At the end, the participants of the training were given answers to the questions.
