The head of the Institute made a business visit to Nakhchivan State University within the framework of "Human Rights Month"

While being on a business trip, the Head of the Law and Human Rights Institute (Institute) visited Nakhchivan State University (University) within the framework of "Human Rights Month".

On June 14, a meeting was organized between the vice-rector for general affairs Khayal Jamalov and the chairman of the Institute's Board, Mahammad Guluzadeh, with the joint participation of the faculty members of Nakhchivan State University.

Firstly, the chairman of the Board, M. Guluzade, gave general information about the activities of the Institute led by him, and delivered  a speech about future perspectives and envisaged projects. He mentioned in his speech that the establishment of close cooperation between the Institute and the University, can make successful contributions to the legal education system through joint participation in projects and ensuring a reliable partnership. In addition, M. Guluzadeh noted that the newly created "Virtual Library of Law and Human Rights" at the Institute will play a major role in  enriching the basic education of students of the Faculty of Law.

At the meeting, participants emphasized the importance of expanding mutual cooperation and discussed   the opportunities of raising the quality of education for students studying at the Law Faculty of the University.

During the meeting, the participants discussed such important topics  as ensuring the active participation of the students of the Law Faculty of the University in the national and international conferences and events held by the Institute, realizing the opportunity for them to take part in the Institute as an intern, as well as the possibility of using the knowledge and skills of the students in future projects.
