Chairman of the Board of the Institute, Mahammad Guluzade took part in the scientific-practical conference “Honorary Head of the Security Bodies of Azerbaijan”, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev. The event was organised by Heydar Aliyev Academy of the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Chief of the State Security Service, Colonel-General Ali Nagiyev made an opening speech and talked about Heydar Aliyev's meaningful life path. He also invited paticipants for a   wide discussion about the exceptional merits of the great leader for the benefit of the Motherland and people, and also the decisive steps taken by Heydar Aliyev to ensure national interests throughout his life. By sharing his views on the activities of the genius in the security agencies, A. Nagiyev noted that Heydar Aliyev created honorable examples of service in this institution, and the nationalization of the security organization is closely related to great leader’s name.

At the conference it was reported  that the constant promotion of Heydar Aliyev, his appointment to the post of head of the security body as the first Azerbaijani and the rank of major general became possible due to his innate talent, deep analytical thinking and high abilities.
