By the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 19, 2023, the list of the new composition of 12 people of the Scientific Advisory Council (SAC) under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan was made public.

The name of the Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Law and Human Rights, Mahammad Guluzade is also among the   newly elected members of the Scientific Advisory Council.

It should be noted that the main activity of the Scientific Advisory Council is to discuss the problems arising in judicial practice, conduct a scientific research on improving the legislation and assist the Supreme Court in preparing recommendations.
