On February 17, 2023, the Executive Director of the Center for Legal Expertise and Legislative Initiatives (Center) Samir Makhmudov and the Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Law and Human Rights (Institute) Mahammad Guluzade met with a delegation led by the Director of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law (ILCL) under the Government of the Russian Federation, Academician Taliya Khabriyeva. At the meeting, the guests were provided with detailed information about the activities of the Center and the Institute, and views regarding future cooperation plans were expressed.Academician Taliya Khabriyeva, in her turn, spoke in detail about the examination of legal acts and the experience of ILCL in the development of legal science., The close cooperation between the mentioned institutions in the field of legal expertise and development of legislation is planned.
