On November 29, 2018 Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Institute on Law and Human Rights of ANAS and Azerbaijan Medical University on implemantion of new field of legal science - Medical law into the education program for students, the purpose of which is to provide a legal basis for regulating doctor-patient relationships.
The Memorandum reflects joint scientific activities in the field of law and human rights, development of science - Medical law, organization of scientific conferences, round tables, seminars, publication of scientific articles and textbooks, as well as design of projects and proposals in national legislation on Medical law, preparation of proposals in the development of teaching methodology and inclusive education for persons with disabilities.
The Institute has already published a textbook on Medical law, which next year will be available in Russian both for students and for a wide audience.
