Memorandum of cooperation signed with National Paralympic Committee of Azerbaijan

Today the ANAS Institute of Law and Human Rights and the National Paralympic Committee of Azerbaijan signed a memorandum of cooperation. The main purpose of signing this memorandum is to develop joint activities in the field of law and human rights for people with disabilities, including paralympics, joint development of various projects related to ensuring the rights of paralympic athletes, ensuring participation in joint international projects and programs in the field of physical restraint, discussions and raising awareness about the possibilities and prospects of applying advanced international standards and practices regarding the rights of paralympics in our country; joint implementation of measures to identify and remove barriers and barriers that prevent Paralympic people from using existing infrastructure; to develop, organize and monitor the implementation of minimum standards and guidelines for schools, residential buildings, buildings, roads, jobs, sports facilities, vehicles and other amenities for Paralympics, organize and monitor compliance with the rules of physical training, conferences, seminars and the development of policies of physical restraint, covering topics such as physical education of people with disabilities, education and social issues, vocational training and rehabilitation, training and lectures.
