An article “Some issues about the norms for providing sanitary and hygienic facilities (items) to convicted women held in Penitentiary institutions”of the legal researcher of our Institute, Galandar Isbandiyarov  was published in the issue of the journal “Juridical Sciences and Education”, for the month of April , 2023.

The author considered the issues of providing sanitary and hygienic facilities (items) to convicted women held in penitentiary institutions, in accordance with the Criminal Code on the execution of punishment of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of food norms and material living standards for prisoners. In addition he studied recommendations given in reports of The European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment and put forward his proposals.
