On November 29, our staff members Idris Zakirov, Araz Abdullasoy, Mahammad Imanli and Afag Sadigova took part in the training “UN Human Rights Instruments and Mechanisms in the field of protecting the rights of migrants” on ZOOM platform organized with the financial support of the European Union.
At the event participants discussed the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, as well as its implementation and application at the national level. The final comments and recommendations for Azerbaijan adopted by the UN Committee on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families were considered.
The training was conducted for representatives of civil society, human rights activists and lawyers. At the end of the training our employees received certificates.
