Training session was held for employees of the Executive Power of the Pirallahi district

The Institute of Law and Human Rights regularly conducts training sessions on the protection of human rights and freedoms for employees of various government agencies. As a part of the training sessions in this field, the Institute’s trainers-experts held a session on April 23 for 26 employees of the Executive Power of the Pirallahi district.

Vazir Safikhanov, first deputy head of the Executive power of the Pirallahi district, made an opening speech at the training and emphasized that these training sessions, initiated by the Institute of Law and Human Rights, not only improve the professionalism of local executive power employees , but also contribute to the formation of the executive power bodies meeting contemporary standards  and achieving high performance in public administration.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Board, Vafaddin Ibayev provided the training participants with general information about the activities of the Institute and spoke about prospects.  He also highlighted the growing number of human rights training sessions organized by the Institute.

During the training, the presentations were delivered by Vusala Muradkhanli, the head of the Human Rights Training and Expertise Department, as well as Heydar Hasan oglu Aliyev and Ulvi Abbasov, the trainers of the mentioned  department.

The training session covered such topics as “Consideration of citizens' appeals”, “Corruption, bribery and ethical behavior” and “Responsibility in social networks”.  At the end, extensive discussions were held on the proposed topics and an assessment of the training was conducted. The certificates were presented to the training participants.
