On April 14, the Police Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan hosted a presentation of the book ‘Heydar Aliyev: The Fight Against Crime’, published by the Institute of Law and Human Rights.

The event commenced with remarks delivered by the First Deputy Head of the Police Academy, Police Colonel Vugar Mansurov, who spoke about the ongoing reforms within the police system, the productive collaboration between the Academy and the Institute, and the contribution of the newly published book to academic instruction and professional training.

The Vice-Chair of the Board of the Institute, Mr. Vafaddin Ibayev, presented the publication to the attendees, drawing attention to the large-scale measures implemented by National Leader Heydar Aliyev in combating crime and his strategic guidance to law enforcement agencies. He also emphasized the academic significance of the book as a relevant and practical resource for police officers and staff.

The presentation was attended by 29 representatives of the Police Academy, comprising both officers and cadets.
