On July 14, 2017, the Institute on Law and Human Rights of ANAS held a presentation of the e-book entitled "Collection of Laws for Privileged Citizens" within the framework of joint cooperation with the International Society for the Disabled Persons.

"The International Society for Disabled Persons" is implementing a project entitled "Public support for the solution of social problems of refugees, internally displaced persons, war veterans, people with disabilities and their families and members of their families" with the assistance of the Council of State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The goal of the project is to study the social problems of refugees, internally displaced persons, war veterans, people with disabilities and prisoners and their family members, to reach a positive solution, to educate them, and to help adaptation and rehabilitation of prisoners, starting with the Penitentiary Institutions.
