As part of the officially declared 2025” Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty” and the” Human Rights Month” held from May 18 to June 18, the Institute of Law and Human Rights organized a series of awareness-raising lectures at secondary schools in Qakh District.

On May 19-20, 2025, Vafaddin Ibayev, Deputy Chair of the Board of the Institute, delivered lectures at Qakh City Secondary School-Lyceum No. 2 named after Namig Allahverdiyev and the Gum Village Secondary School named after Zakir Muslumov. The sessions, held under the theme” The Constitution and the Path to Sovereignty’s Victory,” were attended by a total of 60 teachers and students. The lectures offered comprehensive awareness of the fundamental principles of the Constitution, the concept of state sovereignty, and the importance of upholding and preserving these core values.

As part of the initiative, official publications by the Institute of Law and Human Rights were donated to the libraries of the participating schools.
