The articles of the Institute's legal researchers Zamig Aslanov and Ilham Aliyev on “Theoretical aspects and defining criteria of food safety” and “Moral aspects of internationalization of the legal system of modern Azerbaijan” have been published.

The articles were included in the collection of materials of the Republican scientific-practical conference “Honorary Head of security forces of Azerbaijan” dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev of the academy named after Heydar Aliyev of the SSS of the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 5, 2023.

In his article, Z.Aslanov analyzes the theoretical aspects of defining criteria of food safety. The author attaches a conceptualization to food safety, notes that the concepts of food safety and product safety are not synonymous and distinguishes these concepts.

According to the researcher, the problems associated with stable food supply of the population call on to make rational, deeply thought out, long-term and systematic decisions. The mentioned problems also necessitate the decisions on elaboration and effective implementation of a long-term development strategy of the agricultural sector.

I.Aliyev's article describes how to ensure moral and ethical security, how to protect the moral foundations and national mentality of the Azerbaijani people. It is noted in the article that the influence of globalization on the legal system of the Republic of Azerbaijan is manifested primarily in the legislative system. The author also analyzed the features of the reception applied in the practice of internationalization of the legal system of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
