The experience of foreign countries developed in the direction of the role of ethical standards in the fight against corruption has been studied.

The article "Positive legislative experience of developing foreign countries: the role of ethical standards in the fight against corruption" (positive legislative experience of developed foreign countries: the role of ethical standards in the fight against corruption) co-authored with a senior researcher at the Institute of Human Rights and Human Rights of ANAS Vafa Mammadova was published in the "Azerbaijan Law Journal" of the Baku State University.
The article stresses the importance of studying the positive international experience in the field of combating corruption for the young Azerbaijani state.
As noted in the article, the legislative practice of the advanced anti-corruption rating of developed foreign countries shows that in the fight against corruption there are more effective ethical standards than criminal law.
