On November 10-11, 2022, the Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Law and Human Rights Mahammad Guluzade took part in the “3rd UN Regional Forum on Business and Human Rights in Eastern Europe and Central Asia”, organized by the UNDP in Istanbul. The event, in accordance with the 2011 UN Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights, considered the contribution of the state and business to the Sustainable Development Goals, recent events in the region, the importance of the attention of companies to human rights, as well as discussions on improving legislation and practice in this area. The forum was attended by representatives of international organizations, government, public and business sectors of different countries, as well as scientists.
