The article analyses one of the actual tendncies of modern İnternational Relations. Attitude toward the measures taken on migration policy in Europe is contradictory. The author notes that Europe continues to show the indefferent attitued towards the impounding of migrants and the violation of human rights, although the human rigts and the democratic values supposed to be prior in Europe.
