Today at the Institute of Law and Human Rights of ANAS was held a meeting of chairman of Yasamal district organization of New Azerbaijan Party Tagi Ahmedov with the staff of the Institute in connection with the establishment of "Yeni Azerbaijan" party.
The event was attended by Garib Mammadov, deputy chairman of the Yasamal district organization of the Yeni Azerbaijan Party, Khadija Iskandarli, chairman of the organization of the YAP ANAS and employees of the Institute.
The Director of the Institute, Doctor of Law, Professor Aytan Mustafazadeh noted that the establishment of the first party organization at the Institute is a commendable event and at the same time presented the candidate for the Chair of the Institute's party organization, the head of the International Relations and Human Rights Department, Doctor of Political Science Elshad Mirbashiroglu, as well as the employees willing to voluntarily join the party and are currently members of the party to the guests and employees of the Institute.
Then the chairman of the Yasamal district organization of the New Azerbaijan Party, Tagi Akhmedov, spoke about the history of the creation of the New Azerbaijan Party, the invaluable merit of the party’s founder, national leader Heydar Aliyev in the history of Azerbaijan, the work done by YAP with the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev and his contribution to development Azerbaijani statehood.
He also noted that the activity of the first party organization was satisfactory.
At the end Ahmedov congratulated the new members of the party and wished them success in their future activities.
