On 12 March 2019, the Chief of Staff of the Civil Defence Institute of Law and Human Rights of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences was trained in the "Gathering" of disarmed civilian groups of the Institute. The main purpose of the training was to improve the behavioral skills of the staff of disarmed groups during emergencies and in receiving the warning signal, to improve their skills and to prepare them.
