On March 10, Professor of the University of Kentucky (USA) Thomas Glassman gave a lecture on the topic “Insurance Law” for the staff at the Institute of Law and Human Rights.
Prof. Glassman spoke about the mechanisms for the effective implementation of the insurance rights of citizens in the United States, provided extensive information on the restoration of human rights violations through the courts, as well as interesting cases based on his legal practice.
During the discussions, Professor answered in detail the questions of the Institute's employees.
The event was attended by senior staff and jurists of the Institute, Head of the UNESCO Chair and Human Rights of the Baku State University, Professor Amir Aliyev.
