Today was held a final meeting of the Institute of Law and Human Rights of ANAS on the results of 2019.
Opening the final meeting of the Institute, Ayten Mustafazade, Director of the Institute, JD, Professor, Member of Parliament, presenting general information about completed scientific tasks according to decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, state programs during 2019, underlined the importance and significance of the work done by departments of the Institute, as well as published scientific publications and a collection of articles over the past year.
A.Mustafazade particularly noted the great success, for both the Institute and the state, first time in Baku holding the international conference “Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights”, organized jointly with European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ), in order to study international experience in applying Artificial Intelligence and information technology in the judicial field.
Further, Professor told about the encouraging results of cooperation meetings over the past year, touched the issues facing the Institute in 2020, also congratulated the staff on the Day of Solidarity of Azerbaijanis and the upcoming New Year, wished scientific success in their work.
