The monograph “The Karabakh victory: in the Context of international law and historical realities” has been published by an employee of our Institute, Doctor of Law, Professor Mahammad Nagi oglu Imanli.
The monograph is of great importance for present and future generations from the point of view of the history of the Karabakh problem, the problems faced by our people, a serious violation of international legal norms, and an accurate study of the international legal aspects of the conflict.
The monograph talks about the importance of the joint Shusha Declaration on Alliance, signed by the leaders of Azerbaijan and Turkey, the significant role of the region for peace and tranquility in the future.
