On May 8, Uzeyir Mammadov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Institute, took part in the conference "Great Leader Heydar Aliyev is the founder of legal reforms" dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the national leader of  Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University. At the conference, which began with the singing of the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Zaur Aliyev, Dean of the Faculty of Law, drew attention to the great leader Heydar Aliyev's noteworthy services to our nation and state. He noted that there will be a great need to study his legacy for many years in the future.

The important role of judicial and legal reforms of the Great Leader in the development of our republic on a modern and democratic basis was emphasized in the speeches of the participants.

At the end of the conference, a film dedicated to the Great Leader was displayed.
