Tural  Huseynov was born in May 18, 1981 in Baku city. In 1998-2002, he studied at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts at the Painting Faculty specializing in theatrical and decorative arts. In 2002-2004 he graduated with the master degree from the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts, specializing in design (indusrtial design).

In 2004-2005, he worked as a specialist in the Public Relations Department of the Center for Economic Reforms of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and in 2006-2008, he operated as a leading specialist at the Economic Scientific Research Institute on Economic Reforms of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2008-2011, he worked as a project designer in Azerbaijan Marketing Specialists Public Association, and in 2011-2023, he worked as a graphic designer in the editorial office of “Aile Hekimi” (Family doctor) journal. He has provided design and printing services in the projects of the UN Development Program and a number of International and local organizations.

From 2023, he was appointed as a graphic designer in Communications and International Relations Department of the “Institute of Law and Human Rights” public legal entity. Since September 2024, he has been acting as the Head of Information Technologies Department of the Institute.

He speaks Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian and English languages fluently.

He is married and has 2 children.

Activities of the department:

·        Ensures the creation and improvement of a single computer network of the institute, information and software;

·        Regulates the activities of the official website of the Institute, e-mail addresses, adapts the software to the requirements of international standards;

·        Carries out activities related to ensuring information security;

·        Carries out its activities in other areas defined by legislation.
