Gulshan Khudadarova was born on February 11, 1985.

In 2003-2007, she studied “Accounting and Audit” at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. In 2007, she completed “MBA in Finance” at Khazar University.

In 2008-2022, she worked as an accountant and chief accountant in a number of private and public sector enterprises. During this period, she held the position of a leasing specialist at “Bank of Baku” OJSC, financial reporting accountant at the Union of Young Accountants, chief accountant at “Turan Leasing” LLC and “Qafqaz Leasing” LLC, chief accountant at Social Service Institution for children with disabilities No. 2, as well as the deputy chief accountant of the North-Eastern regional branch of Aztelecom LLC. She participated in various accounting forums and international accounting trainings. Currently, she is the financial manager of the " İnstitute of Law and Human Rights" public legal entity.

She is fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian. 

She is married and has 2 children.

The Finance Department has 2 employees.

Activities of the department:

·        To ensure the management of budgetary and non-budgetary funds allocated to the Institute in accordance with the requirements of the legislation;

·        To ensure the provision of tax reporting to the tax bodies as it is prescribed by legislation;

·        To submit reports on mandatory state social insurance to the relevant bodies as it is prescribed by legislation;

·        To keep records of incoming and outgoing operations with purchased inventory items, fixed assets, intangible assets, low-value and rapidly depreciating goods;

·        To take the necessary measures for the implementation of banking operations related to the activities of the Institute;

·     To ensure the correct reflection of the performed operations in accounting system, to provide a control over the mentioned operations and timely provision of information, and to prepare accounting (financial) statements within the established time limits.
