Zaur Safaraliyev was born in June 3, 1995.

In 2012-2017, he studied technology and design at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He worked as a leading expert in the “UEFA European Championship” project held in Azerbaijan in 2018. In 2019-2020, he held the position of F&B Director at “Villa Inn Hotel”.

In 2020-2022, he worked as a sales manager in the Marketing department at the British American Tobacco company. Currently, he is the head of Procurement and Supplies Department of the “Institute of Law and Human Rights” public legal entity.

He is fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish.

Procurement and Supplies department has 10 employees.

Activities of the department:

·     Controls the purchase, supply and use of goods (works, services) necessary for the activities of the Institute within the powers established by the Charter;

·     Organizes the protection of the administrative building of the Institute;

·      Performs maintenance and cleaning work;

·      Controls the provision of labor protection;

·      Carries out its activities in other areas defined by legislation.
