Vusala Khagani Muradkhanli was born on August 12, 1981. She began her career in Moscow as a specialist in work with legal entities in BIN Bank OJSC, and as a legal consultant in a notary's office. Since 2007, she has been working as a state tax inspector in the Tax Audit Department under the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2012, she founded “Victory Ways Audit Consulting” LLC. Since 2012. Mrs.Muradkhanli has been a member of Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

She is a member of the Bar Association since 2020. She is the author of more than 10 published scientific and teaching-methodical works. Since 2023, she has been working as the Head of Human Rights Training and Expertise Department of the “Institute of Law and Human Rights”, a public legal entity.

She speaks Azerbaijani, Russian and Turkish languages fluently.

She is married and has 2 children.

Human Rights Training and Expertise Department has 7 employees.

Activities of the department:

·         Participates in legal education activities;

·         Assists in providing scientific and practical support for the activities of the Center within the frames of its profile;

·         Participates in the development of knowledge, skills and competencies of employees of state bodies (institutions);

·         Participates in the formation of socio-political opinion and legal consciousness in the Republic of Azerbaijan;

·         Studies and promotes the experience of application of international mechanisms for the protection of human rights;

·         Organizes events to analyze the decisions of international non-governmental organizations regarding Azerbaijan in the field of human rights protection;

·         Organizes and conducts training on human rights for law students;

·         Helps graduate lawyers to acquire practical skills on the basis of an internship;

·         Organizes distance trainings in the field of human rights using modern digital technological solutions.
