Ph.D. in Law, Nail Abbasov
Nail Ibad oghlu Abbasov was born on 24 March 1981 in Baku. Between 1998 and 2002, he pursued his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University and continued his education at the master’s level from 2002 to 2004. From 2005 to 2023, he worked at the Forensic Examination Center of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2010, he defended his dissertation entitled “Legal Regulation of Procedural Activities in the Joinder and Severance of Criminal Cases” and was awarded a scientific degree.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law.
He is currently a doctoral candidate at the National Aviation Academy, where he is conducting research for his doctoral dissertation entitled” Development of the Theoretical and Organizational-Legal Foundations of Forensic Examination in the Republic of Azerbaijan”. Since 2023, he has served as a judge of the Nasimi District Court of Baku.
He is the author of 47 scholarly works, including 2 monographs and 2 methodological manuals.
